What to bring will be posted on the BKL Training Blog on Sunday night before practice. Most likely, we'll be dryland training so wear your running shoes & dress in layers.
Date changed to Sunday, 10/29 due to Middle School XC Championships on 10/28. Mt. Mansfield via Butler Lodge Trail. About 3 miles one way, this will be a longer hike. Meet at Stevensville Rd. Trail Head at 10:00. Email Rosemary (sheacobb19@gmail.com) if you are going.
