MNC Open Workouts – Session 2 Running and Bounding at Shelburne Farms

Join MNC for open sessions of summer Nordic training!  Open to all: BKL skiers, Juniors, Masters, parents and friends. Pass along and spread the word!

Session 2 Running and Bounding at Shelburne Farms

Group workout of continuous natural intervals: running flats, bounding uphills along the rolling terrain on the hills of Shelburne Farms

• Bounding or short alpine poles are recommended but are not required

•  Swim at a secluded beach on the farm if weather is nice!

Meet at the gift shop/Harbor Road parking lot entrance at 10AM. Session ends at 11:30AM
