Pro Team Community Workout: Bolton Skiwalking/Bounding

Come join the Pro Team, Juniors, & Collegiate athletes Saturday at Bolton for a fun, low-stakes community workout!

We will be ski walking/ski bounding up the trails, and everyone is welcome (no experience necessary). Bring shorter ski poles if you have them, but those aren’t mandatory. We’ll meet at the main parking lot at 8:30AM.

The workout is 5-7 times 7 minutes up, with 3 min recovery…but anyone can modify as needed!
