Come join MNC coaches and fellow Masters skiers in a rollerski clinic and demo day at Williston Central School on September 30th from 3-4:30pm.  Meet at bike path at the rear of the school near the soccer fields.  \nWe’ll have an array of skate rollerskis available to try\, and coaches on-hand to help you fine-tune your balance and technique. Thanks to the flat\, car-free bike path and loop around the soccer fields\, you can ski with confidence. There will also be a badminton net set up and croquet for extra fun. DESCRIPTION:Results: Club Totals | BKL | <200 Men  | <200 Mixed BKL | >199 Men | >199 Mixed | >199 Women\nPhotos from Gary Solow HERE\nThis festive weekend of racing will kick off with the first annual New England Club Relay Championship followed by the Craftsbury Spring Fling the following day. The New England Club Relay Championship\, hosted by Mansfield Nordic Club\, will attract skiers of all ages and abilities and is perfect way to involve all club members in a fun and exciting event. \nRace Format\nRace Start Time 10AM\nThe race format will be four legs of 4km with 2 CL and 2 FS technique legs. The four person relay teams will be placed in two age group categories. Combined age of 200 years and over and combined age under 200 years. Each official team must be from the same NENSA Club/team. Unofficial teams (unofficial means not from the same club/team) may enter as well\, but will not score for the official club championship award. \nAwards from Toko will also be presented to the top Male team\, Female team\, and mixed team (made up of at least two women). We will also have a BKL award for top team with no designation for male\, female\, or mixed teams. \nClubs may enter as many teams as possible and club points will be scored using world cup point system. SUMMARY:HURT-athon 2017
DESCRIPTION:Join us for the 2017 HURT-athon! The Gore Mountain Ski Bowl Park is featuring a new and improved FIS homologated race course with snow making and lights and HURT nordic is proud to showcase their amazing facilities. We will be offering age group awards  for all race categories and this is a NYSSRA series points race. Plan on coming out to score some points for your home club.  The start for the juniors race\, masters women race and masters men race will be an interval start and we will do our best to seed the start list based on previous NYSSRA series race performances so that you will be near your immediate competition.  The U16/18 race will begin at 9:00 am. Following a 10 minute gap\, the Open/Masters Men field will begin\, followed by another short gap\, then the Masters Open/Women. \nDay-of registration will be $30.00 and you will not be seeded in the field.  You will be placed at the back of your respective category. \nIf you are not a NYSSRA member\, you will be expected to pay a one-day $5.00 NYSSRA racing license fee when you pick up your bib.  This fee can be included in your registration check or you can pay for it separately if you submit your payment online. \nREGISTRATION

DESCRIPTION:Event Info: Classic technique\, mass start and finish Pine Hill Competition Trails off of Grover Hill Road\, Bethel\, ME\, including: a 22 km\, 10 km\, and youth distances of 2.5 km and lollipop. Registration at Gould Academy Field House\, Church Street\, Bethel\, Maine\, from 9-10:30am. (Youth wishing to ski longer timed distances must enter the adult event and pay the adult fee). All events are at 11 A.M with the exception of the lollipop which will start at 10:45. The Moose is a New England Nordic Ski Association (NENSA) sanctioned event and part of the Zak Cup and Club Series. SUMMARY:Craftsbury Marathon - MNC Masters Target Race
DESCRIPTION:The Craftsbury Outdoor Center is excited to host the 36th Annual Craftsbury Marathon. This classic New England ski marathon starts and finishes at the Craftsbury outdoor Center winding through open fields and wooded hillsides\, showcasing quintessential Vermont countryside. New for 2017 is a 16.5km (1 lap) option for those just trying a marathon for the first time\, a 33k (2 lap) middle distance and a 50km (3 lap) race for returning marathoners who are ready to go the distance. Each gender has its own mass start wave. The course will likely be a 16.5k loop that starts and finishes at the Craftsbury Outdoor Center and features challenging climbs\, exciting descents\, and rolling trails that showcase the best that New England skiing has to offer. For BKL racers we also have a single-loop tour option. We will also continue to host the 16.5k high school race distance in 2017. Feed stations dot the route every 4 to 7 kilometers. After the finish\, all participants are treated to a hearty post race meal\, awards\, and raffle.
