DESCRIPTION:Welcome to Mansfield Nordic’s Spring Training season!\nThe sweat-soaked\, mud-caked\, bug-infested days of summer may be the heart of the off-season training in the ski world\, but spring is an critical transition time for fitness and prep for the year ahead! \nFor these upcoming weeks we will be looking to get used to challenging our muscles in a dryland environment as (if?) the snow melts\, and preparing for the increased work and intensity of summer. Sessions will be a mix of running\, biking\, strength work and games…plus a hearty dose of some bigger\, larger adventures around the area! \nStructure: \nTraining is open to all Junior-level skiers (U16\, U18\, U20) as well as rising Freshmen headed into High School. \nTuesday (4PM) / Thursday (4PM) / Saturday (10AM unless otherwise specified). DESCRIPTION:Join MNC Coaches for a Fun family Ski at Trapps.  This won’t be a structured ski practice\,  but just a chance for MNC families and coaches (all ages) to meet up for fun day on the trails and burn off some of those Christmas cookies. \n\nDiscounted tickets are available:  $19 for Adults & $7 for children of all ages\nWe will have informal groups based on ability/speed and will ask parents to ski with their kids if they cannot keep up with any of the groups so know one gets lost.\nMeet around 10AM at the Yurt.\nPlease e-mail Rick at rtcostanza@gmail.com with the number attending in your family prior to 12/26.
