DESCRIPTION: This year for our MNC coaches we will be hosting a clinic on Dec. 7th at 11 AM in Craftsbury. Adam is leading it: we will spend the first part on skis\, then talk over nuts\, bolts and protocols for MNC practices and logistics over lunch (bring your own or buy at Craftsbury).\n\nThen we will go down to the basement at Cedar to review video\, focus on body positioning and more. The focus of this year’s clinic is agility\, hip engagement and what’s new in ski technique. We should finish at about 1 pm.
