Bill Koch Festival Lodging
-The Bill Koch Festival will be held on March 5th & 6th, 2016 at Great Glen, New Hampshire. After a bit of research done by Heidi Hill (thank you Heidi!), Coach Rosemary has blocked out a dozen rooms at the Royalty Inn in Gorham, NH for MNC families to reserve. Gorham is the closest town to Great Glen.
-The Royalty Inn has use of a pool in the health club next door and while there is no restaurant in the Inn, there are  a couple of good restaurants for breakfast and dinner very nearby.
-The rooms are $89-$99/night plus tax and fees.  Club members should call 800-437-3529 or (603) 466-3312 and ask for one of the rooms under the Mansfield Nordic room block and give their credit card info to reserve a room under their own name. There are currently 7 rooms with double queen beds, 3 rooms with a double bed & a twin bed and a room which has 3 double beds.  Call soon!

Volunteer Opportunities

If you would like to help out, there are plenty of opportunities to help with the morning adult races (~9:30-1) AND/OR the afternoon BKL races (~12-4).   Most of the jobs won’t take the full block of time.  For those who want to race and volunteer: Race Starts are 11am Men, 12pm Women, 1:30 BKL.
I have these jobs for both morning and afternoon:
1) start/finish zone,
2) transition zone and course set up,
3) registration, and
4) ski waxing assistants.
