Much like years past, MNC will be getting young skiers into the winter spirit with Fall Friday activities starting mid-October 2016!
What: Fun games, ski-specific activities like hillbounding and strength training, and general fitness work. For all skiers at the BKL level, this is a great way to start getting ready for the season ahead and also spend time with fellow MNC members! Rollerskis will be available for skiers to try on certain days.
When: Every Friday afternoon (3:45pm-5:15pm) from October 21 through November 18th.
Where: Sessions will alternate each week between Mills Riverside Park in Jericho and Williston Central School. See schedule below:
